This Agreement (the “Agreement”) is between you and Tianjin Lubang Technology Company Limited. Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://uninstaller.ipcmaster.com website and the Master Uninstaller desktop application (the “Service”) operated by Tianjin Lubang Technology Company Limited.
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
Tianjin Lubang Technology Company Limited may modify this Agreement from time and time, subject to the terms in Section X (Changes to this Agreement) below.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Scope
This Agreement governs your initial purchase and any future purchases made by you that reference in this Agreement.
Types of IPCMaster Products
This Agreement governs IPCMaster’s downloadable software products, including Master Uninstaller as well as relevant documents, are referred to as “Products”.
Account Registration
You may apply for a IPCMaster account so as to place any order or access any features. When in need of your personal information, please ensure that all you provide to us is accurate and complete. You are responsible for all actions you have taken.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your name, email address, postal code, billing and card information.
Refund Policy
No Refunds. You can cancel your subscription plan at any time. However, according to different regions you are in. For instance, users in the EU have the right to cancel their plan within 14 days of signing up for, upgrading to, or renewing a paid plan.
In the context of Software, a refund means that we will disable all features that are available for Membership
Taxes
Aside from special cases, your payments under this Agreement will not include any taxes or duties payable with regard to the products in the jurisdiction where
the payment is either made or received.
Credit Card Information
If you do not inform us of any changes made on your subscription plan, such as your payment method, we may renew your subscription plan automatically supported by your information, and we have your authorization to continue upgrading your account on the basis of the information you provide to us last time.
No-Charge Products
You have access to free services and accounts, 30-day trail use provided by us at no charge. Your use of No-Charge Products is subject to any additional terms that we specify and is only permitted for the period designated by us. We may terminate your right to use No-Charge Products at any time and for any reason in our sole discretion.
Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. But please NOTE that termination of your side will not relieve you of any unpaid fees.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, with prior notice or liability, for any reason below: (a) you breach any provision of this Agreement; (b) you fail to make the timely payment of fees for the Master Uninstaller or services; (c) we are required by the law; (d) we estimate that the fraud risk associated with your payment is high; (e) we detect abuse of the products.
Links To Other Web Sites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by IPCMaster.
IPCMaster has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Tianjin Lubang Technology Company Limited shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 7 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
